热处理对木浆黑液流变性的影响

摘  要:
采用热化学方法处理木浆黑液,研究了不同的热处理温度(160-190℃)、时间(10-60 min)、O2加入量(0.3-0.6mol.kg-1d.s)和NaOH加入量(1.5-4.5%d.s)对黑液粘度及流变性的影响,分析热处理后黑液的有机成分.结果表明:黑液表现为复杂的流变性;热化学处理可显著降低黑液的粘度,并改变黑液的流变性;黑液中聚合物木素和多糖的热化学降解是使黑液粘度降低的主要原因.

摘  要:
The wood black liquor was treated thermochemically at various temperatures(160-190 ℃),reaction times(10-60 min),and O2 additions(0.3-0.6 mol·kg-1d.s) as well as NaOH additions(1.5-4.5%d.s) to study their influence on the viscosity and rheological properties of wood black liquor. The various organic components of wood black liquors were analyzed.The results indicated that the wood black liquor showed complex rheological behavior.Viscosity of the wood black liquors was reduced significantly and rheological behavior was changed after the thermal treatment.The thermochemical degradation of the polymers(lignin and polysaccharides) was considered primarily to be responsible for the viscosity reduction.
