摘 要:
目的:调查北京市房山区某初中果蔬类食物摄入情况,为果蔬营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法:分层整群抽取北京市房山区某初中共190名学生果蔬问卷调查;同时调查其前3 d的24 h膳食,营养计算机系统(NCCW)分析果蔬营养素摄入量,与推荐量进行比较。结果:仅25. 97%和57. 46%学生知晓"菜果不可相互替换""果汁不可代替鲜果",随年级增加而提高(P <0. 05)。仅2. 21%学生每日蔬菜摄入大于5种。71. 22%的学生每日水果不足2种。每日维生素A、维生素C、膳食纤维摄入未达到平均需要量(EAR)的比例分别高达72. 93%、86. 74%、98. 9%。结论:北京市房山区初中生果蔬营养知识和行为较差,应加强食育果蔬营养知识的普及。

摘 要:
【Objective】 To investigate the intake of fruit and vegetables in a junior high school in Beijing Fangshan district,and provide evidence for the development of nutrition education for fruits and vegetables and intervention measures in the"food education" project.【Method】 The questionnaire survey was conducted among 190 students from a junior high school in Beijing Fangshan district. The 24 h diet of the first 3 days was also investigated. The nutrient computer system( NCCW) was used to analyze the nutrient intake of fruits and vegetables,and compared with the recommended amount. 【Result】 A total of 181 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective response rate was 95. 26%,25. 97% and 57. 46% of the students were aware that"the fruits and vegetables could not be replaced"and"the juice could not replace the fresh fruits",which increased with the increase of grades( P < 0. 05). Daily average vegetables were 134. 95 g,only2. 21% of students consumed > 5 daily,47. 51% of dark vegetables intake ratio was > 1/2. 71. 22% of students had less than 2 kinds of fruits per day,and daily average fruits were 82. 56 g. The proportion of the daily intake of vitamin A,vitamin C,and dietary fiber which did not reach the average requirement( EAR) accounted for 72. 93%,86. 74%,and 98. 9%. 【Conclusion】 The nutrition knowledge and behavior of fruits and vegetables in junior high school students in Beijing Fangshan district are poor,the intake of related nutrients is seriously lower than that of EAR. The popularization of nutrition knowledge for fruits and vegetables should be strengthened.
