摘 要：
高等职业技术教育的根本任务是培养岗位工作需要的高级技术技能型人才。针对这一目标,辽宁农业职业技术学院物流管理专业依托行业,融入企业,在产教融合"二元三体系,双轨双循环"人才培养模式下,以学生为主体,以就业为导向,充分配置各种资源要素,深化"三教"改革,校企深度融合,协同探索"二元三体五导师"的人才培养模式。实践证明,这种探索对于物流管理专业人才培养取得了较好的成效。

摘 要：
The fundamental task of higher vocational education is to cultivatehighly skilled talents for enterprises. To achieve this aim,taking students as the main body and taking employment as the guidence,the Logistics Management Department Of Liaoning Agricultural Technical College explored talents cultivating model based on "Binary-integration,Three-System and Five-Tutor". Its been proved that this cultivating model is effective.
