摘 要：
专业文化是高职院校专业建设的核心,是校园文化软实力和核心竞争力的集中体现。高职人才培养过程中往往重视学生专业技能的培训,疏于专业文化的培养,带来人才培养质量不高、职业后劲不足。通过对专业文化内涵、作用的阐释,利用辽宁农业职业技术学院"二元三体系"人才培养模式所提供的专业文化育人契机,结合所在系的工作实际,探讨了高职专业文化育人模式的实施路径。

摘 要：
Professional culture is the core of professional construction in higher vocational colleges, and it is the concentrated embodiment of soft power and core competitiveness of campus culture. In the process of personnel training in Higher Vocational colleges, students' professional skills training is often emphasized, while professional culture training is neglected, resulting in low quality of personnel training and inadequate professional stamina. Through explaining the connotation and function of professional culture, taking advantage of the opportunity of professional culture education provided by Liaoning Agricultural Vocational College's "Binary Three System" talent training mode, and combining with the practical work of the department, this paper probes into the implementation path of professional culture education mode in higher vocational colleges.
