娟珊牛LOX-1基因多态性与产奶量的关联分析

摘 要:
为了研究娟珊牛LOX-1基因的多态性与产奶量的相关性,试验采用PCR产物直接测序的方法,分析娟珊牛LOX-1基因内含子4和3'非编码区的多态性,统计不同基因型娟姗牛305 d的平均产奶量,然后分析娟姗牛LOX-1不同基因型与产奶量的关联性。结果表明:在娟珊牛LOX-1基因内含子4检测到2个SNPs,均有3种基因型,分别为CC、CT、TT和AA、AG、GG,但不同基因型个体间的305 d平均产奶量差异不显著(P>0.05);在3'UTR区检测到1个SNP,有CC和AC 2种基因型,其中CC型为优势基因型,其频率为0.909 1,且其个体的305 d平均产奶量高于AC型(P>0.05)。基因型组合效应分析发现CTAGCC为优势组合基因型,但不同的组合基因型间305 d平均产奶量差异不显著(P>0.05)。

摘 要:
To study the correlation between the polymorphism of the lectin- like ox- LDL receptor 1( LOX- 1) gene and milk yield of Jersey cattle,the PCR product direct sequencing technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms of intron4 and 3'UTR of the LOX- 1 gene in Jersey cattle. The average 305- d milk yields of Jersey cattle with different genotypes were counted,and then the relevance between the different genotypes of the LOX- 1 gene with milk yield of Jersey cattle was analyzed. The results showed that two single nucleotide polymorphisms( SNPs)were detected in the intron4 of the LOX- 1 gene,and there were three genotypes in each SNP,namely CC,CT,TT and AA,AG,GG,respectively; but there was no significant differences( P > 0. 05) on the average 305- d milk yield of Jersey cattle between different genotypes.One SNP was detected in the 3'UTR of the LOX- 1 gene,and there were two genotypes in the SNP,namely CC and AC; in which,the genotype CC was dominant with genotypic frequency of 0. 909 1,and the average 305- d milk yield of Jersey cattle with CC genotype was also higher than that of Jersey cattle with AA genotype. It was found that the genotype combination CTAGCC was dominant through genotypes combination analysis,but there was no significant differences( P > 0. 05) on the average 305- d milk yield between different genotypes combinations.
