两株白腐真菌发酵秸秆饲料的研究

摘  要:
试验采用白腐真菌混合发酵法制备高蛋白玉米秸秆饲料,优选2株白腐真菌的原种培养基,利用2株白腐真菌混合发酵玉米秸秆粉,采用凯氏定氮法测定粗蛋白含量,索氏提取法测定粗脂肪含量。试验结果表明,玉米粉原种培养基最适宜两株白腐真菌的生长,经过混菌发酵后,产物的粗蛋白含量达到21.87%。

摘  要:
The experiments were designed for producing high protein and low cellulose feed of straw by multiple strains fermentation.Two strains of white rot fungi were used to ferment straw,the crude protein in the fermentation was detected by Kjeldahl method and the crude fat was detected by Soxhlet extraction method.The results indicated that the crude protein reached 21.87 % by the mixed fermentation,the primary culture medium of cornmeal was better than others.The experiment of fermentation had provided scientific proofs for production of crop feed.
