三种不同生长环境下二球悬铃木抗寒性的研究

摘  要：
以三种不同生长条件下的二球悬铃木为试材,设定7个不同的温度梯度,对低温胁迫下植株的生理生化变化规律进行研究。结果表明:低温诱导过程中组织内游离脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量变化明显,可以作为鉴定二球悬铃木抗寒性的生理指标。

摘  要：
Three kinds of Plantanus acerifolia Willd which growing in different conditions were used as test materials in order to study the physiological and biochemical changes among seven different low temperatures . The results indicate that: in the process of low temperatures inducing ,the content of Proline、MDA、soluble sugar change obviously , it can be a physiological index to identify the cold-resistance of Plantanus acerifolia Willd.
