悬铃木花蕾大小与花粉发育关系的研究

摘  要:
以二球悬铃木[Platanus acerifolia(Ait.)Willd.]为材料,取直径为2~16 mm的花蕾,用卡宝品红压片法制片,在光学显微镜下观察花粉发育情况。结果表明,当花蕾直径为3 mm以下时,花粉基本处于四分体时期;当花蕾直径为3~9 mm时,花粉处于单核居中期;当花蕾直径为9~14 mm时,花粉处于单核靠边期;当花蕾直径为14 mm以上时,花粉处于双核期。

摘  要:
The pollen development stage was observed with optical microscope using Platanus×acerifolia(Ait.)Willd.floral buds of 2~16 mm in diameter as material,which were stained by modified carbol fuchsin solution.The results showed that, most pollens from the floral buds<3 mm in diameter were in the stage of tetrad,while the peak stage of early uninuclear, late uninuclear and binuclear pollens appeared when the floral buds was in 3~9mm,9~14 mm and>14 mm in diameter,respectively.
