氢氧化钠改性花生壳性状研究

摘  要:
花生壳粉末分别经质量浓度为1.5%、2.0%和2.5%NaOH改性并分离出固相部分,采用SEM、FTIR及热重分析技术手段表征改性花生壳的基本性状。结果表明:纤维素在NaOH中充分暴露,大量木质素结构遭到破坏,溶于NaOH溶液中,大部分半纤维素可在强碱中脱除。改性前后的花生壳热解均集中在200~500℃之间,失质率最大,分别为68.59%和66.79%,属于强放热过程,TG曲线急剧下降,DTG曲线分别在345℃与319℃出现较大的失质峰。2.0%NaOH改性花生壳呈现许多整齐有序、直径约1μm左右棒状结构,棒状结构之间有狭长孔隙,有利于细小煤粒嵌入并键合。

摘  要:
Peanut shell powder was modified with 1.5%, 2.0% and 2.5% NaOH,and the solid phase was separated. The basic properties of modified peanut shell were characterized by SEM, FTIR and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that when the cellulose was fully exposed to NaOH, a large amount of lignin structure was destroyed. The cellulose was dissolved in NaOH solu-tion, and most hemicellulose could be removed through strong alkali. The pyrolysis of peanut shell before and after modification was mainly concentrated in the range of 200~500℃, where the mass loss rate was the highest, as 68.59% and 66.79% respectively, which belonged to exothermic process. The TG curve declined sharply, and the DTG curve showed larger mass loss peaks at 345℃ and 319℃ respectively. The 2.0% NaOH modified peanut shell exhibited many orderly arrayed rod-like structures with diameter about 1μm. There were long and narrow pores between the rod-like structures, which were beneficial to the insertion and bonding of coal particles.
