补喂D-天冬氨酸对哺乳期湖羊羔羊生长及生长轴相关激素水平的影响

摘  要:
本研究旨在探究补喂D-天冬氨酸对湖羊哺乳羔羊生长及生长轴相关激素水平的影响,为D-天冬氨酸在哺乳期湖羊羔羊生产中的应用提供科学依据.采用单因素多水平试验设计方法,将体重(5.77±0.7)kg、8日龄的32只羔羊随机均分为4组,每组8只(4 ♂+4♀),分别为CON组、5 D-Asp组、10 D-Asp组、20 D-Asp组.在此基础上,D-Asp补喂水平分别为0、5、10、20 mg/kg BW只,进行为期38 d的试验.结果表明:(1)补喂D-Asp对哺乳期羔羊末重及平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05).(2)补喂D-Asp使哺乳期羔羊血浆中生长激素释放激素、生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ含量呈线性增加(P<0.01).(3)哺乳期羔羊补喂14 d D-Asp血浆中,20 D-Asp组与10 D-Asp组相比尿素的含量降低了 23.82%(P<0.05),20 D-Asp组胰岛素的含量与CON组相比显著降低了 15.92%(P<0.01),10 D-Asp组甘油三酯的含量与CON组相比显著降低了 56.95%(P<0.05);哺乳期羔羊补喂28 d D-Asp血浆中,5 D-Asp组与CON组相比尿素含量显著降低了 26.43%(P<0.05),10 D-Asp组葡萄糖的含量与5 D-Asp组相比显著降低了 13.01%(P<0.05),20 D-Asp组胰岛素的含量与CON组相比显著降低了 12.62%(P<0.01).综上所述,给湖羊哺乳期羔羊补喂D-Asp能显著提高血浆生长激素释放激素水平,进而提高生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平,且具有剂量依赖性,但对湖羊哺乳期羔羊生长总体无显著影响,其原因需要进一步研究.

摘  要:
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of supplemental feeding of D-aspartic acid on the growth and somatotropic axis hormone levels of suckling Hu sheep lambs,and to provide a scientific basis for the application of D-aspartic acid in the production of suckling Hu sheep lambs.The trial adopted a single-factor multi-level trial design method.Thirty-two lambs with a weight of(5.77±0.7)kg and 8 days of age were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 lambs in each group(4 ♂+4 ♀),which were CON group,5 D-Asp group,10 D-Asp group and 20 D-Asp group.On this basis,D-Asp supplementation levels were 0,5,10,20 mg/kg BW,and the experiment lasted for 38 days.The results showed that:(1)Supplemental feeding of D-Asp had no significant effect on the end weight and mean daily gain of suckling lambs(P>0.05).(2)Supplemental feeding of D-Asp caused a linear increase in the plasma levels of GHRH,GH and IGF-Ⅰ in suckling lambs(P<0.01).(3)In suckling lambs supplemented with D-Asp plasma for 14 d,the level of urea was reduced by 23.82%(P<0.05)in the 20 D-Asp group compared with the 10 D-Asp group,the level of insulin was significantly reduced by 15.92%(P<0.01)in the 20 D-Asp group compared with the CON group,and the level of triglycerides was significantly reduced by 56.95%(P<0.05)in the 10 D-Asp group compared with the CON group.In suckling lambs supplemented with 28 d D-Asp plasma,the urea content was significantly reduced by 26.43%(P<0.05)in the 5 D-Asp group compared to the CON group,the glucose content was significantly reduced by 13.01%(P<0.05)in the 10 D-Asp group compared to the 5 D-Asp group,and the insulin content was significantly reduced in the 20 D-Asp group compared to the CON group by 12.62%(P<0.01).In conclusion,supplemental feeding of D-Asp to suckling lambs of Hu sheep significantly increased plasma GHRH levels,which in turn increased GH and IGF-Ⅰ levels in a dose-dependent manner,but had no significant effect on the overall growth of suckling lambs of Hu sheep,and the reasons were need to be further investigated.
