生态型高标准基本农田划定研究——以唐山市滦县为例

摘  要：
以唐山市滦县为例,运用AHP法从生态的角度共筛选了21个指标因子,建立了生态型高标准农田指标体系,利用Arcgis9.3划定出项目区的高标准基本农田,再结合滦县农用地分等数据中的"利用等"来验证所划定的高标准基本农田耕地质量和粮食综合生产能力是否能满足未来粮食的需求。结果表明:该指标体系在满足指标侧重点的同时,也满足了耕地质量和粮食的产量。研究所采用的方法具有科学可行性。

摘  要：
Taking Luanxian County of Tangshan City as example, using AHP method to select 21 index factors from ecological angle, the ecotype high-standard farmland index system was establised; then, using Arcgis9.3 to demarcate the high-standard primary farmlands in project area, and then whether farmland quality and comprehensive food producing ability of the demarcated high-standard primary farmlands met the food demands in future had been varified based on the utilization grade in data such as the score of agricultural land in Luanxian County. The results showed that the index system not only satisfied the emphasis points of indexes, but also satisfied the farmland quality and food yield. Therefore, the method used in this study has scientific feasibility.
