雌雄芦笋过氧化物酶及酯酶同工酶的比较研究

摘  要:
采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直平板电泳(PAGE)技术,对芦笋雌雄株叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶及酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱进行了比较分析。结果表明,芦笋过氧化物酶同工酶及酯酶同工酶在雌雄株叶片中存在差异,过氧化物酶同工酶在雄株中多了R f值为0.78的一条酶带;酯酶同工酶在雄株中多了R f值为0.93的一条酶带。

摘  要:
In this paper,peroxidase(POD) and esterase(EST) in the leaves of male and female plants in Asparagus officinalis L.were comparatively analyzed by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) and biochemical staining.The results indicated that the patterns of POD and EST isozyme were obviously different in male and female plant.The male-plant had another band(Rf=0.78) of POD and another band(Rf=0.93) of EST,which did not exist at all in female-plant.So they can be used as the markers in sex identification of Asparagus officinalis.
