生长调节剂对东京野茉莉插穗生根及其生理生化的影响

摘  要:
以东京野茉莉一年生完全木质化枝条为插穗,采用植物生长调节剂NAA、IBA、ABT对插穗进行处理,测定插穗生根率、平均生根数、根长和生根指数,以及在扦插过程中插穗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和相关抗氧化酶活性变化。结果表明,200 mg/kg NAA处理可促进插穗生根,处理后的插穗生根率、平均生根数、根长及生根指数均显著高于200 mg/kg ABT及200 mg/kg IBA处理。插穗在生根过程中,可溶性糖含量在20 d前后均呈现先上升后下降趋势,而可溶性蛋白总体上呈现先上升后下降趋势; SOD活性和MDA含量总体上呈现先上升后下降趋势; POD和PPO活性在根原基诱导期和不定根伸长期出现两个峰值且较对照组峰值提前。生长调节剂能提高插穗内营养物质含量以及相关抗氧化酶活性,对插穗生根有促进作用。

摘  要:
The annual totally lignified branches of Styrax tonkinensis were used as cuttings. The cuttings were treated with plant growth regulators of NAA,IBA and ABT,so as to determine the ratio of root of cuttings,average rooting number,root length and rooting index of cuttings,as well as the changes in soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and related antioxidant enzyme activities during the rooting process of the cuttings.The results showed that the rooting ratio,the average rooting number,the root length and the rooting index of the cuttings treated with 200 mg/kg NAA were apparently higher than those of the cuttings treated with 200 mg/kg ABT and 200 mg/kg IBA.During the rooting process,the content of soluble sugar increased at first and then decreased around the 20 th day,while the content of soluble protein ascended at first and then descended as a whole; the activity of SOD and content of MDA both had a trend of increasing first and then decreasing;two peaks of POD and PPO activities appeared in the induction period of root primordium and elongation periodof adventitious root,being earlier than those appearing in the control group.Growth regulators can increase the content of nutrients and raise the activity of related antioxidant enzyme of cuttings,thus promoting the rooting of cuttings.
