东京野茉莉繁育系统和传粉生物学研究

摘  要:
用杂交指数(OCI)、花粉/胚珠比(P/O)等方法分别测定东京野茉莉的繁育系统。结果表明:花粉在开花第2天,活力最高;开花第3天后,活力急剧下降。对花粉进行离体培养时发现,萌发率高且花粉管最长时的培养条件为温度25℃,培养基蔗糖浓度为5%,不含硼酸。柱头在开花第2天、第3天可授性较强,第4天花柱基本上萎蔫。说明花粉活力和柱头可授性都在开花第2天、第3天时最强,从而为其自然授粉提供了有利条件。P/O为1 747.356 3±151,OCI为4。P/O和OCI的数值都说明其繁育系统为部分自交亲和,异交需要传粉者。传粉昆虫主要有意大利蜜蜂和中华蜜蜂等。

摘  要:
The breeding system of Styrax tonkinensis was determined by out-crossing index( OCI),pollen/ovule ratio( P/O),etc.The results were as follows: The pollens had the highest activity in the two days after blossom.The pollen vigor declined sharply 3 days after blossom.When the pollens were cultured in vitro,the cultural conditions were 25 ℃,5% sucrose and no boric acid,The pollens had high germination rate and the longest pollen tube.The stigma receptivity was stronger in the 2nd and 3rd days after blossom,and the stigma began to wilt by and large at the 4th day after blossom.These results indicated that the pollen vigor and stigma were stronger at a same time,i. e. 2-3 days after blossom,which provided favorable conditions for its natural pollination in the form of expression.P/O was 1 747.356 3±151,and OCI was 4.Values of P/O and OCI demonstrated that the breeding system of S. tonkinensis was partial self-compatibility,and pollinators were needed for sexual hybridization.Pollinating insects were mainly Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica,etc.
