谷物收获机动态调平装置控制系统设计

摘  要:
我国谷物种植区域辽阔,在山地、丘陵地区分布面积较大,但是由于地理环境导致谷物收获环境较为恶劣,在收获过程中机械容易发生偏移导致倾覆,严重时还会造成人员伤亡.该文以油气悬架缸为执行目标,基于谷物收获机基本结构布局对缸体连接方式进行优化设计,对影响谷物收获机调平机构的主要因素进行分析,构建调平控制算法,通过完成上述优化设计和调平系统的搭建,谷物收获机在恶劣地理环境下的稳定性和安全性得到提升,从而减少机械倾覆导致的人员伤亡事故的发生,对于提高谷物收获机的工作效率和安全性提供一定的借鉴和参考.

摘  要:
China's grain planting area is too wide,in the mountainous and hilly areas of the distribution area is larger,but due to the geographical environment leads to the grain harvesting environment is relatively poor,in the harvesting process machinery is easy to deviate resulting in overturning,serious will also cause yellow casualties.In this paper,the oil and gas suspension cylinder is taken as the implementation goal,the connection mode of the cylinder is optimized based on the basic structure layout of the grain harvester,the main factors affecting the leveling mechanism of the grain harvester are analyzed,and the leveling control algorithm is constructed.
