摘  要:
以从剑麻中筛选出的1株对苹果腐烂病有较强拮抗作用的菌株JM-3为研究对象,采用单因子试验和正交实验对菌株JM-3的最适发酵培养基成分及发酵条件进行优化,并测定了其对苹果离体枝条腐烂病的防治效果,以期为该菌株的工业化生产提供参考依据。结果表明:菌株JM-3培养基各组分最佳配比为葡萄糖30g·L~(-1),蛋白胨20g·L~(-1),K_2HPO_4 1.0g·L~(-1),最佳发酵条件为初始pH 7,装液量150mL或100mL/250mL三角瓶,培养温度33℃,培养时间120h。在最佳发酵培养基和培养条件下,菌株JM-3抑菌能力提高32.4%。JM-3发酵液不能对苹果离体枝条腐烂病起到治疗作用,但能够显著预防腐烂病斑扩展,提前24~48h接种JM-3发酵液的预防保护效果最好,与对照农药苯醚甲环唑相比无显著差异。

摘  要:
Strain JM-3 isolated from sisal was used as study object,the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were adopted to optimize the liquid fermentation medium and fermentation conditions of JM-3,and the control effect on apple excised twigs against Valsa ceratosperma was tested,in order to provide reference for establishing industrial production.The results showed that optimum medium was glucose 30 g·L~(-1),peptone 20 g·L~(-1),K_2HPO_4 1.0 g·L~(-1).The optimal fermentation conditions were initial pH 7,medium capacity 150 mL or 100 mL/250 mL,temperature33 ℃,fermentation time 120 hours.Inhibitory activity of strain JM-3 fermentation solution increased32.4% under the optimum fermentation medium and culture conditions.The fermentative liquid of strain JM-3 could not cure canker lesion expansion,but it could prevent canker lesion expansion significantly.The preventive protection of strain JM-3 fermentative liquid was the best when it was inoculated on apple twigs before 24-48 hours,and its protective effect had no significant difference with difenoconazole.
