He-Ne激光对红曲霉M_(9x)的原生质体诱变育种

摘  要:
采用He-Ne激光诱变红曲霉M9x原生质体,获得一株MonacolinK产量为103.73μg/ml的诱变株M9y,其产量约是出发菌株M9x的4.1倍,经酯酶同工酶分析,其酶带条纹数、迁移率等均发生了明显变化。对诱变株进行传代稳定性试验,结果表明:经斜面传代八代以后,诱变株M9y的MonacolinK产量仍较稳定,无明显的回复突变。

摘  要:
A mutant strain called Monascus ruber M9y was obtained by using irradiating protoplasts with He-Ne laser (632. 8nm). Its yield of Monacolin K increased as much as 4.1 times than that of the original strain, to reach 103.73μg/ml. The esterase (EST) isoenzyme electropheresis bands of the mutant strain Monascus ruber M9y compared with that of the original strain changed dramatically. The stability test of Monascus ruber M9y from generation to generation was studied. Results showed that the yield of monacolin K was stable, whose mutation was not restored apparently after eight generations.
