根据齿条式电动助力转向系统机械部分工作情况,用Pro/E建立简化模型,使用有限元软件ABAQUS分析球头、球头座、橡胶在施加位移情况下应力分布和变形状态,将分析结果和实际变形球头进行比较,确定装配结构中的危险区域,为转向系统提供改进依据和建议。

摘  要:
Based on working station of mechanical structure of rack-EPS system,the paper established the model by Pro/E and gave the displacement,then analyzed the contact stress among ball head,ball head seat and rubber by ABAQUS.The stress nephogram and deformation diagram are also given.The result is compared with the reality ball that had been out of shape,then dangerous area of the model is analyzed.The paper can provide a basis and suggestion for improvement of EPS system.
