摘 要：
This paper innovatively proposed to apply the role- playing teaching method to Hotel Case Study course of hospitality management major in higher vocational college. In this teaching mode,students were divided into small groups and acted classical hotel cases as short plays. It could not only cultivate the comprehensive abilities of students,but also practice their operation skills in higher vocational college.
