摘  要:
为提高宁夏灌区用水管理水平、灌溉技术水平,采用灰色GM(1,1)预测模型对宁夏农业灌溉用水有效利用系数进行预测,得到2015年宁夏农业灌溉用水有效利用系数为0.486,为宁夏建立节水型社会提供理论依据.

摘  要:
In order to improve the irrigation water management level and irrigation technology level,using gray GM(1,1) prediction model forecast the effective utilization coefficients of agricultural irrigation water of Ningxia.It gives that the effective utilization coefficients of agricultural irrigation water of Ningxia is 0.486 by 2015.This result can provide the theory basis to establish the Ningxia water-saving society.
