基于GIS的农村配电网络供电可靠性目标管理系统的研究

摘  要:
研究了基于GIS平台的农村配电网络供电可靠性目标管理系统的实现。系统采用三层架构、拓扑编码和网络搜索的方法,提出了新的供电可靠率计算方法,可应用于供电可靠率实时计算与评估。确定了供电可靠率目标分解的影响因子,给出了目标分解的具体算法。根据上述方法,完成了GIS平台下供电可靠率计算评估与目标分解等功能的实现,对提高农村配电网络供电可靠性有实际价值。

摘  要:
This paper focused on how to realize the power supply reliability object-management system for rural distribution network based on GIS platform.The system has a tri-layer construction.The core of the system is it's topo code and network searching method.A new method for power reliability computing was put forward.It's adapted to realize power reliability's computing and evaluating.The influence factors for power reliability object decomposition were determined,and the decomposition algorithm was put forward.By the methods mentioned above,the function of power reliability's computing,evaluating and object decomposition was realized under the GIS platform.The paper's design work had a practical value for improve of the rural distribution network's power supply reliability.
