农村电网性能评价指标体系研究

摘  要：
对农村电网性能进行系统、科学、客观的评价,可以有效地指导农村电网的建设与改造,评价指标体系是电网性能评价的基础。作者在对中国农村电网广泛调查研究的基础上,提出了农村电网性能评价指标设置的原则,建立了层次型农村电网性能评价指标体系,对各项指标的含义及合理范围进行了具体说明。所提出的农村电网性能评价指标体系能够系统、科学、全面、客观地反映中国农村电网的技术特点和现状,已被成功应用于全国各县农网建设与改造后评估工作中。

摘  要：
The guideline for the layout and reconstruction of rural elcectric network can be obtained throngh evaluating the performance of rural electric network.The assessment is based upon the index system.The principle of indices was put forward and the index system was set up base on the research into the rural electric network.The indices included in the system and their ranges were also introduced.The index system reflects technology characteristics and properties of rural electric network,and has been successfully used to assess the performance of rural electric network in China.
