创业心理资本是创业成功的重要保证。大学生创业心理资本培育是创业教育的核心内容。本文探讨了创业心理资本的内涵与作用机制,从社交媒体角度分析了创业心理资本培育的重要性,并根据心理资本的四个维度构建培育模式。

摘  要：
The entrepreneurial psychological capital is an important guarantee for successful business practice. To cultivate college students' entrepreneurial psychological capital is the core content of entrepreneurship education. This paper explores the connotation and mechanism of entrepreneurial psychological capital,and then illustrate the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial psychological capital from the perspective of social media,and finally constructs the cultivation mode of the entrepreneurial psychological capital according to the four dimensions of psychological capital.
