谐波齿轮传动中柔轮的有限元分析

摘  要:
柔轮的疲劳断裂是谐波齿轮传动的主要失效形式,确定柔轮中的应力大小和分布规律是柔轮研究的关键。为此,建立了农业机器人转向机构中杯形柔轮与波发生器接触分析的有限元模型,通过分析得到了柔轮壳体的应力分布状况。研究表明:柔轮壳体上的最大应力出现在齿圈与波发生器的接触部位,齿圈上沿圆周方向的应力呈对称分布,在长轴和短轴处较大;此外柔轮底部的应力也较大。

摘  要:
The invalidation of the harmonic gear drive is mostly caused by the fatigue fracture of the flexspline,so determining the stress magnitude and distribution of the flexspline is a key point of the research on flexspline.In this paper a finite element contact analysis model of the flexspline and wave generator in harmonic gearing was established.The analysis produces the stress distribution of the flexspline.The analysis results show that the maximum stress occurs at the region where the tooth rim contacts the wave generator,and the stress distributes symmetrically at the circle direction and is larger at the major axis and the minor axis and at the bottom of the flexspline.
