农业机械手转向机构中柔轮的有限元分析——基于谐波齿轮传动

摘  要:
采用有限元法研究农业机械手转向机构传动中柔轮的变形和应力状态。应用参数化造型软件Pro/E对柔轮进行三维参数化实体造型,然后将实体模型导入ANSYS中进行分析并得出结论。在分析过程中,采用扫掠分网法使柔轮齿圈上的单元尽可能为规则六面体,提高了计算精度,使计算模型更加接近实际情况。为此,采用的方法以及得出的结论可为谐波齿轮柔轮的改进、优化以及设计提供有益的技术和理论支持。

摘  要:
This paper investigates the displacement and stress of flexspline of veer machine in the agricultural manipulator. By means of Pro /E,this paper set up a 3-dimension model of flexspline and then it was transferred into ANSYS. In order to improve calculation precision,using volume sweeping which can create regular hexahedral element to mesh the model of flexspline,let the computation model more close to the actual situation. The way and result of analysis in this paper can be used in the flexspline of Harmonic Gear improving,optimization and design.
