铁刀木育苗技术研究

摘  要:
对铁刀木种子进行五种不同的浸泡处理后,分别用河沙和山基土作为基质进行催芽,结果表明:用山基土做基质发芽率高于用河沙做基质;在两种基质中平均出芽率处理A2>处理A4>处理A3>处理A5>处理A1;用河沙作基质时,A3处理出芽率最高,其次为A2、A1、A5,出芽率最低的为处理A4;用山基土作基质时,A4处理出芽率最高,其次为A2、A5、A1,出芽率最低的为A3处理;出芽时间为处理A2(3d)>处理A3、处理A4(5d)>处理A1(6d)>处理A5(7d)。

摘  要:
After being soaked with five methods,the seeds of Cassia Siamea were accelerated germination in the matrix of river sand and humic soil separately.The results showed that the germination percentage of the seeds based on humic soil matrix was higher than that based on river sand.Average germination order of two matrix together was test A2,test A4,test A3,test A5,test A1 from high to low.When the river sand was used as matrix,the germination percentage of test A3 was the highest,then was test A2,test A1,testA5 from high to low and the lowest germination percentage owned by test A4.When the humic soil used as matrix,the germination percentage of test A4 was the highest,then was test A2,test A5 and test A1 from high to low and the lowest germination percentage owned by test A3.The order of budding time was test A2(3days),test A3 and test A4(5days),test A1(6days) and test A5(7days) from short to long.
