影响红菜薹产量和品质因素的研究

摘  要:
通过不同的播期、土壤、氮肥形态及肥料配比对红菜薹产量和品质的影响进行研究。结果表明,红菜薹的最佳播期为8月25日;菜园土上种植的红菜薹产量高于黄壤土上的产量,但黄壤土上种植的红菜薹的品质更佳;以铵态氮为氮源,且以氮、磷、钾配比施肥时,红菜薹的产量和品质最佳。

摘  要:
Effect of different sowing dates, soil, types of nitrogen fertilizer and proportion of fertilizer on the yield and quality of Purple-caitai was studied. The results showed that the best date of seeding was August 25th. The Purple-caitai planted in vegetable garden soil had higher yield than that in yellow loam. While the Purple-caitai planted in yellow loam had better quality. Using ammonium nitrogen as nitrogen source and fertilizing with a proper proportion of N, P and K, the yield and quality of Purple-caitai were the best.
