不同水肥处理对新新2号核桃果实品质的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨供水量与施肥量对核桃的生长与品质的影响,以新新2号核桃为试验材料,采用两因素随机区组设计设置供水量8 955m3/hm2(1)、6 716m3/hm2(2)、11 194m3/hm2(3)3个水平;施肥量1 562.99kg/hm2(Ⅰ)、1 249.97kg/hm2(Ⅱ)、1 876.01kg/hm2(Ⅲ)3个水平,共9个处理组合,测定新新2号核桃的品质变化。研究表明:供水量、施肥量、施肥量和供水量的相互作用对核桃品质均有影响,在供水量为8 955 m3/hm2、施肥量1 562.99kg/hm2,核桃的出仁率最高;在供水量为11 194m3/hm2、施肥量1 876.01kg/hm2,核桃中蛋白质含量最高,单宁含量最少;在供水量为6 716m3/hm2、施肥量1 249.97kg/hm2,核桃中还原糖、脂肪含量最高;核桃品质的各指标受供水量和施肥量的影响不同,适当减少供水量、施肥量可以提高果实的品质及经济效益。综合考虑供水量与施肥量两个因素对核桃品质的影响,以供水量为6 716m3/hm2、施肥量1 249.97kg/hm2为最佳搭配处理组。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effect of water supply and fertilization on the growth and quality of walnut,the experiment uses"Xinxin2"walnut as test material,and uses two-factor randomized block design to set three water supply levels,namely 8 955m3/hm2(1),6 716m3/hm2(2),11 194 m3/hm2(3),and three fertilization levels,namely 1 562.99kg/hm2(Ⅰ),1 249.97kg/hm2(Ⅱ),1 876.01kg/hm2(Ⅲ),a total of nine treatment combinations,to measure quality changes of"Xinxin2"walnut.The results show that fertilization quantity,water supply quantity and their interaction all have significant impact on walnut quality;under the treatment of 8 955m3/hm2 water supply and 1 562.99kg/hm2 fertilization,the walnuts kernel ratio is the highest;under the treatment of 11 194m3/hm2 water supply and 1 876.01kg/hm2 fertilization,the protein content is the highest,while the tannin content is the least;under the treatment of 6 716m3/hm2 water supply and 1 249.97kg/hm2 fertilization,the reducing sugar and fats content are the highest;the walnuts quality indicators are affected by water supply and fertilization quantity at different extent,and appropriately reducing the amount of water supply and fertilizer can significantly improve the quality of walnut and the economic benefit;comprehensively considering the influence of water supply and fertilization on the walnut quality,the treatment of water supply6 716m3/hm2 and fertilization 1 249.97kg/hm2 is the best combination treatment.
