汽车复合材料内燃机缸体的分层精化机理

摘  要:
基于物理力学弹性半解析方法 ,对复合材料内燃机缸体进行了分层精化、本构控制理论研究和典型算例数值计算。采用缸体的动态实时测试 ,获得了缸体所受真实载荷下主要点的应变响应 ,并通过系统仿真方法对计算结果进行了验证 ,得出了汽车复合材料内燃机缸体分层精化方法的一些结论。

摘  要:
An internal combustion engine cylinder block made of polymer composite materials has great importance in reducing the weight and raising the efficiency of automobile. The composite block is one of the development trends in the future.Numerical calculation of typical example delamination research and internal combustion engine block made of composite materials is worked out by means of structure elastic semi-analytics. Strain response of the internal combustion engine block is gained at some primary points by dynamic real time test under substantial load. Meanwhile result of calculation is verified by the test. This research proves that engine block made by composite material is feasible,and provides basis for constructional design of internal combustion engine block made of composite material.
