瑶山鸡MTNR1B基因的多态性及其与产蛋性状的关联分析

摘  要:
本研究拟为贵州优质品种资源瑶山鸡的高产选育提供科学依据。运用分子生物学手段,设计2对引物P1、P2采用单核苷酸多态性和测序相结合的方法,研究瑶山鸡MTNR1B基因的遗传多样性,并与产蛋性状进行关联分析。结果表明:P1检测出AA、AC、BC 3种基因型,AA基因型为优势基因型,等位基因A的频率最高为0.90,多态信息含量为0.17,P1位点的3种基因型与开产日龄和38周龄产蛋数差异均不显著;P2检测出AA、AB、AC、AD 4种基因型,AC为优势基因型,等位基因A的频率最高为0.51,多态信息含量为0.46,AD和AC基因型的开产日龄显著高于AA和AB基因型(P<0.05),AA和AD基因型的产蛋数极显著高于AB基因型(P<0.01),AC基因型的产蛋数显著高于AB基因型(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
To provide scientific basis for selection high yield breeding of Gui Zhou Yao Sh an chickens, the single nucleotide polymorphism and sequencing methods were used to study the genetic diversity of Yan Shan chickens MTNR1 B gene, and correlationwith laying traits. The results showed that, AA, AC and BC genotypes were detected in P1, the genotype AA was the dominant type, the highest allele frequency of A was 0.90, the polymorphism information content was 0.17, three kinds of genotypes in P1 were not existed significant difference with the age at first egg and the egg production of 38 week-phase. AA, AB, AC and AD genotypes were detected in P2, the genotype AC was the dominant type, the highest allele frequency of A was 0.51, the polymorphism information content was 0.46, AD and AC replied significant difference between AA and AB in the age at first egg, AA and AD showed highly significant difference(P<0.01) with AB in the egg production, the egg production of AC genotype higher than that of AB genotype.
