摘  要:
The biological and morphological characteristics of high temperature thermotolerant Agaricus strain Zhe AgH 1, identified as Agaricus bitorquis (Quèl. )Sacc, were described. It was proved in our observation that the optimum temperature for its fruitbody formation was 27~30℃ and the highest temperature range for its fruitbody to develop was 35~38℃, and that the taste and special flavour of Zhe AgH-1 fruitbody were more delicious than that of ordinary A. bitorquis strain. So we confirmed that Zhe AgH-1 was a new physiological strain of A. bitorquis.
