新疆药食两用植物阿魏功效物质的研究与评价

摘  要:
为了研究新疆石河子、玛纳斯、呼图壁三个地区阿魏(根、茎、叶)功效物质的含量,并对其进行评价,试验采用考马斯亮蓝法、苯酚-硫酸法和硝酸铝比色法分别对阿魏不同部位的蛋白质、总多糖和总黄酮含量进行测定与分析。结果表明:玛纳斯地区大果阿魏叶中的可溶性蛋白质含量最高,为0.966%,其次是石河子地区多伞阿魏,叶中可溶性蛋白质含量为0.811%,根的含量最低;玛纳斯地区阿魏植株中总黄酮含量高达0.406%;总多糖含量以石河子地区多伞阿魏根中含量最高,为19.660%;从食用功效来看,玛纳斯地区的大果阿魏食用功效物质总含量最高。

摘  要:
To study and evaluate the contents of efficacy substances from roots,stems,and leaves of Ferula asafetida in the three regions including Shihezi,Manas,and Hutubi in Xinjiang,the contents of the protein,total polysaccharide and total flavonoids from the different parts of Ferula asafetida were determined and analyzed using Coomassie brilliant blue method,phenol- sulfuric method,and aluminum nitrate sulfate colorimetric method,respectively. The results showed that the content of soluble protein in the leaf of Ferula lehmanni Boiss in the Manas region was the highest of 0. 966%,followed by Ferula ferulaeoides( Steud.) Korov. in the Shihezi area,and the content of soluble protein in the leaf was 0. 811%,while the content of soluble protein in the root was the lowest. The content of total flavonoids in the ferulic plants in the Manas region was up to 0. 406%,while the content of total polysaccharide in the root of Ferula ferulaeoides( Steud.) Korov. in the Shihezi area was the highest of 19. 660%. From the view of edible effects,the total contents of edible efficacy substances from Ferula lehmanni Boiss in the Manas region were the highest.
