某大蒜播种机单粒排种装置的研究

摘  要:
基于大蒜的不规则外形、考虑人工种植大蒜的劳动强度大等问题,在对蒜瓣进行结构研究及外形测量基础上,对比国内外排种器结构,设计了一种机械化单粒排种装置,确定了转桶式排种器的参数及结构型式,并对转桶式排种器进行了试验,有效保证了蒜瓣的单粒排种。扇形开合式结构的应用有效避免了蒜瓣的损伤及掉落。

摘  要:
Considering the garlic's irregular shape and the high labor intensity of the artificial planting and so on, a kind of mechanized single seeding device is designed based on the structural study and the measurement of the shape of the garlic grove, compared with the farming structure at home and abroad, the parameter and type of structure of the revolving barrel seeder unit are determined and experiment is done on the revolving barrel seeder, which effectively makes sure of the garlic clove's single seeding. The application of the fan-shaped opening and closing mechanism effectively avoids the damage and fall of the garlic clove.
