应用型高校食品添加剂课程教学分析与改革研究

摘  要:
基于东莞市的产业优势和东莞理工学院的定位,分析了应用化学专业食品添加剂课程的意义和存在的问题,从教学改革的目标、思路、内容、手段、方案与方法等方面对应用型高校食品添加剂课程改革进行了初步的分析和探索,以期调动学生学习的主观能动性,增强教学内容的时效性,实现教学质量和效果的提升。

摘  要:
Based on the industrial strength of Dongguan City and the orientation of Dongguan University of Technology,the significance and the problems of current food additives curriculum in applied chemistry were analyzed. In this paper,the goal,idea,content,method and scheme of curriculum reform of food additives in applied university were preliminarily discussed. This curriculum reform could motivate the subjective initiative of college students in study and heighten the timeliness of course content,and consequently promote the teaching quality and effects.
