中国李pgip启动子的克隆及调控元件分析

摘  要:
在已克隆中国李pgip序列的基础上,通过染色体步行法获得了该基因上游1869bp的启动子序列,联合生物信息学中的进化印记法和启动子扫描法对克隆的启动子序列进行了调控元件识别。结果报道了3个调控元件:1个TGA1结合位点(TGACG)和2个WRKY结合位点(TGAC)。这为全面揭示pgip表达的转录调控机制提供了遗传基础。

摘  要:
Based on the gene sequence of pgip,we have obtained an upstream fragment of 1 869 bp length by genome walker from Prunus salicina.Using the bioinformatics methods,including the phylogenetic footprinting and the promoter scanning,we identified three cis-regulatory elements from pgip promoter.One is the TGA1 site and the others are WRKY sites.Our discoveries will be help to understand the transcriptional regulatory mechanism on pgip expression.
