十个甘薯品种对蔓割病的抗性鉴定

摘  要：
以湖北省甘薯主产区的十堰市、武汉市、宜昌市分离纯化的蔓割病病原菌为材料,对10个甘薯品种进行抗病性鉴定。结果表明,所有品种接种后均有发病植株,10个品种中蔓割病抗病性最好的是"3018",其次是鄂薯11号、"3046"最感病。接种7 d,3个地方的菌株致病力由强到弱依次是十堰市菌株、武汉市菌株、宜昌市菌株。

摘  要：
Three fusarium wilt pathogens were separated from Shiyan city, Wuhan City and Yichang City and purified. The fusarium wilt resistance of 10 varieties of sweet potato was identified. The results showed that the best Fusarium wilt resistance variety was Eshu No. 11, followed by variety 3018. The variety 3046 was the most susceptible. After the inoculation of one week, the pathogenicity of three local fusariumoxysporum was in the order of Shiyan strain > Wuhan strain> Yichang strain.
