镉污染稻田甘薯品种镉积累差异分析

摘  要:
选择了土壤有效镉含量分别为0.6、1.3、2.0 mg/kg的镉污染稻田区作为试验点,对50种当前推广甘薯品种的镉积累差异进行研究。结果表明:在有效镉含量0.6~2.0 mg/kg且pH值为5.0左右条件下,随着稻田土壤镉含量的增加,块根和茎叶镉含量有增加趋势,各品种间镉积累能力的差异也随之凸显;各试验点鲜薯产量无显著差异;不同类型甘薯鲜薯镉含量平均值存在差异,但是各类型品种镉含量平均值均未超过国家安全标准。

摘  要:
Three polluted rice fields with cadmium content of 0.6, 1.3, 2.0 mg/kg were selected as experimental sites, and fifty main varieties in China were selected as experimental materials to study cadmium accumulation differences. The results indicated that under the condition the Cd content was less than 2 mg/kg and pH was about 5, the cadmium content in root tuber, stem and leaf increased with the increase of Cd content in paddy soil. At the same time, the difference of Cd accumulation ability among varieties was significant. There was no significant difference in fresh potato yield at different test sites with the increase of cadmium content in rice field. The average content of cadmium in all kinds of sweet potato was different under this experiment condition. Nevertheless, none of them exceeded the national standard.
