桦木单板芯表层染色工艺参数的遴选

摘  要:
在浴比为15条件下,采用酸性橙Ⅱ对1.5mm厚的漂白过的桦木单板进行染色,采用上染率和单板芯、表层明度(L*)差值和色差(ΔE*)差值来综合评价单板的染色效果,最终确定染色各单因素适宜取值为:染料质量分数0.5%,NaCl质量分数0.5%,表面活性剂(平平加O)质量分数0.1%,温度85℃,染色时间4h,染液pH值4。

摘  要:
Bleached birch veneer with a thickness of 1.5 mm was dyed by the C.I. Acid Orange 7 at a bath ratio of 15. Rate of dye uptake, bright degree difference and chromatism difference between veneer core and veneer surface were used to evaluate the dyeing effect. The optimal parameters for dyeing technology were determined as concentration of dye solution 0.5%, NaCl concentration 0.5%, concentration of surface-active agent (peregal O) 0.1%, dyeing temperature 85 ℃, dyeing duration about 4 hours, and pH value 4.
