桦木单板漂白处理工艺的优选

摘  要:
采用双氧水作为漂白主剂对桦木单板进行漂白正交试验,以各组成药剂质量分数和染色工艺作为试验因素,对漂白后单板白度的变化值进行测量和分析。结果表明,双氧水最佳质量分数为4%,最佳漂白温度为90℃,磷酸钠最佳质量分数是0.7%,最佳漂白时间为30min,适宜的浴比是10∶1。该结果对提高桦木单板的仿真染色效果及其附加值具有指导意义。

摘  要:
An experiment was conducted to bleach birch veneers by orthogonal test using hydrogen peroxide as bleaching agent. The degree of whiteness of bleached veneers was measured and analysed in terms of different concentrations of agents and different bleaching technologies. The optimal bleaching conditions were obtained as the concentration of hydrogen peroxide 4%, the bleaching temperature for hydrogen peroxide 90℃, the concentration of sodium phosphate 0.7%, the bleaching time for sodium phosphate 30min, and liquor ratio 10∶[KG-*2]1.
