模拟土壤表面竖向应力分布的新方法

摘  要:
本文提出的新方法可为各种垂直于机械行进方向的垂直应力分布在PLAXIS模型中提供模拟。在土壤轮胎与土壤接触面加入一个平板,通过改变平板的抗弯刚度EI可以得到从均匀到U形的竖性向应力分布,而EI则取决于轮胎的性能参数。通过U形竖向应力分布模型的模拟数据和土壤压实试验中的实测数据的对比,可以看到两者较好的一致性。因此,运用土壤和轮胎之间抗弯刚度可变的平板,可较为准确的得出农业机械行驶过程中对土壤压实模型产生的竖向应力分布。

摘  要:
Soil compaction by agricultural machines can have adverse effects on crop production and environment.However,an uniform vertical stress distribution on the soil/tyre interface has been used to predict compaction of cultivated soils during traffic by most of models.A new approach was proposed to model various stress distributions in PLAXIS model.It consists in the introduction of a plate at the soil/tyre interface.We could generate constant to U-shape distributions by varying the flexural rigidity EI of the plate,as a function of tyre characteristics.A better correspondence was showed between the simulations of models(bulk density profile) with a U-shaped vertical stress distribution and measured data from compaction field tests(plate sinkage and wheeling tests),than with a constant distribution.Therefore,the use of a plate with various flexural rigidities at the soil/tyre interface can be used to generate the more appropriate distribution of vertical stress for soil compaction modelling during traffic.
