渔药自动喷施机的设计

摘  要:
为解决人工泼洒渔药工效较低且施药过程中渔药对施药人员身体的危害等问题,设计了能自动混药的无线遥控渔药喷施机。该喷施机由动力装置、混药装置、喷施装置、供电系统和无线遥控系统等组成,样机机身质量约为32 kg,并对样机进行了测试。结果表明,该渔药喷施机平均行驶速度为0.8 m/s,运行平稳可靠,最大喷施效率为28 800 m2/h,而传统的人工泼洒效率约为4 000 m2/h,喷施效率约是人工的7.2倍,且通过遥控控制喷施机完成渔药的喷施,保证了操作人员的安全,同时避免渔药在线混合时喷施药液配置过多造成的浪费和环境污染。

摘  要:
In order to overcome low efficiency of artificial sprinkling of fishery drugs and remove the hazards on the operators during the spraying process, a remote spraying machine for fishery drugs which could mix drugs automatically was developed.The spraying machine was composed of power device, mixing apparatus, spraying device, power supply system and remote control system. The sample machine was 32 kg and was tested. The testing results showed that the average speed of the machine was 0.8 m / s, performance of which was stable and reliable, the maximum spraying efficiency was 28 800 m2/ h while the efficiency of artificial sprinkling of fishery drugs was 4 000 m2/ h, and spraying efficiency was 7.2 times that of artificial sprinkling. The machine could guarantee the safety of operator by the remote control spraying machine, and reduce the fishery drugs waste and environmental pollution because of the way of online mixing.
