摘  要:
随着信息技术的快速发展和信息化的深入应用,翻转课堂作为一种新型的教育教学形式,颠覆了传统意义上的课堂教学模式,成为国内外教育改革的新浪潮,为教与学的进一步发展提供了新的思路。本文对翻转课堂做了深入的分析与研究,同时结合食品生产品质控制技术课程实际情况,提出了一套有效的实施翻转课堂教学构想,并根据教学实践详尽的分析了实施课堂教学的意义。

摘  要:
As a new form of teaching education, flipped classroom subverts the traditional classroom teaching mode and becomes a new wave of educational reform, both at home and abroad, and provides a new way of teaching and learning. In-depth analysis of flipped classroom combined with the actual situation of course, the paper puts forward a effective implementation of the flipped classroom idea. According to the teaching practice, a detailed analysis of the significance of classroom teaching is also given.
