橡胶颗粒对再生沥青混合料马歇尔力学指标的影响

摘  要:
橡胶颗粒以代替部分细集料的形式掺入再生沥青混合料中,制备成橡胶颗粒量掺量为0%,2%,3%的再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料。首先,通过马歇尔试验分析不同掺量的橡胶颗粒对最佳新沥青用量OAC、OACmax和OACmin的影响,确定了不同橡胶颗粒掺量的再生混合料的最佳新沥青用量;其次,通过分析在最佳新沥青用量下,橡胶颗粒掺量和马歇尔试验指标的关系,探究不同掺量的橡胶颗粒对马歇尔试验各指标的影响存在最佳橡胶颗粒掺量。试验结果表明:再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料中橡胶颗粒的最佳掺量为1.5%,新沥青掺量为4.12%;随着橡胶颗粒的掺入及掺量的增加,再生混合料的稳定度和流值与普通再生沥青混合料的相比,稳定度值偏小,稳定度峰值的出现相对滞后,流值偏大。

摘  要:
Rubber particles to replace part of the fine aggregate in the form of incorporation of recycled asphalt mixture,the amount of preparation into the rubber particles content was 2%,and 3%. First,through Marshall test,the influence of rubber particles content on best the OAC,OACmax and OACmin is analyzed,The best new asphalt content of recycled rubber particles asphalt mixture were determined. Second,through the relationship between the content of rubber particles asphalt dosage and each index of Marshall test under the best content of new asphalt is analyzed. The test results show that: the optimum content of the rubber particles is 1. 5%,the corresponding new asphalt content of 4. 12%. With the incorporation of rubber particles and the increase of the content of rubber particles,compared with common asphalt mixture,the stability value of the recycled mixtures small,the peak value of stability is lagged,the flow value is larger.
