制动器惯性试验台加载飞轮的可靠性分析

摘  要:
在对汽车制动器综合性能试验中,利用飞轮动能等量模拟车辆行驶动能对制动器进行加载,并测试制动过程各种特性。为了使试验台设计安全可靠,采用了大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对之进行可靠性分析,实现了试验台惯性飞轮的强度保证。

摘  要:
In general performance test of vehicle brake,fly wheel kinetic energy is used to equally simulate the automobile driving kinetic energy to exert loads to the brake,and the properties of braking process are tested.The reliability of stimulation result and the safety of fly wheel were analyzed by finite element software ANSYS.The strength requirement of test bed inertia fly wheel was ensured.
