摘  要:
[目的]研制戊菌唑水乳剂,为葡萄主要病害提供高效、安全和环保的防治药剂。[方法]通过对溶剂种类、乳化剂种类和用量以及乳化方法的筛选,获得20%戊菌唑水乳剂的优化配方,采用菌丝生长速率法考察该水乳剂对葡萄灰霉病菌和葡萄炭疽病菌的室内生物活性。[结果]采用去离子水滴加入油相的方法,按如下配方:20%戊菌唑,20%溶剂(溶剂油S-100#),7%乳化剂(吐温80),去离子水补足至100%,可以制备出常温、低温和热贮稳定性均合格的水乳剂,其入水分散性和乳液稳定性良好,对葡萄灰霉病菌和炭疽病菌抑制效果明显,EC_(50)值分别为1.83、13.65 mg/L。[结论]水乳剂配方组成和加工工艺简单,粒径细微且均匀,生物活性高,具有广阔的市场前景。

摘  要:
[Aims] The study aims to develop penconazole emulsion, oil in water(EW) to provide an efficient, safe and environmentally friendly control agents for the main diseases of grapes. [Methods] In this paper, the solvent type,emulsifier type and dosage, and emulsification method were systematically screened, and finally the optimized formula of penconazole 20% EW was obtained. Further more, the biological activity of this EW against Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz was investigated by mycelium growth rate method. [Results] The optimized formula of penconazole 20% EW is: penconazole 20%, solvent(solvent oil S-100#) 20%, emulsifier(Tween 80) 7%,deionized water to 100%, and prepared by dropwise dropping deionized water into the oil phase and emulsifier. The storage stability of the EW prepared by this optimized formula were qualified at normal, low and high temperature. This EW had excellent dispersion in water and emulsion stability, and had obvious inhibitory effects on B. cinerea and C. gloeosporioides Penz with EC_(50) values of 1.83 and 13.65 mg/kg, respectively. [Conclusions] The formula and processing technology of EW are simple, the droplet size is fine and uniform, and has a high biological activity, so it has broad market prospects.
