全自动红枣去核机传动系统设计

摘  要:
[目的]研究全自动红枣去核机传动系统设计。[方法]针对国内外已开发产品的特点,对其进行相互比较和研究,在已有产品的基础上提出了一种新的去核方法。[结果]增加了红枣存储机构,可实现红枣的存储及往输送带上输送;冲核杆的导向机构采用凸轮机构,大大减小了冲核杆在刚进入导向机构时的冲击,保留了退核杆轮及退核杆机构。[结论]该全自动红枣去核机具有紧凑、操作方便、生产效率高、破坏率低等特点。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to study transmission system designing of full auto red dates pitter.[Method] For the characteristics of the products developed at home and abroad,and comparing them with each other,on the basis of the existing products,a new approach to full auto red dates pitter was presented.[Results] Dates stored body was added,which could achieve dates to the conveyor belt on the storage and transportation;Cam mechanism was adopted by red nuclear rod-oriented organizations,which greatly reduced the impact that nuclear rod had just entered the nuclear rod-oriented institution in the impact of the retention of the nuclear rods back wheel and back the nuclear-bar mechanism.[Conclusion] Full auto red dates pitter was compact,easy operation,high efficiency,low damage and so on.
