PLC自动控制在沼气发电中的应用

摘  要：
近年来,在科学技术的推动下,自动化控制技术正不断向各行各业延伸。其中,在沼气发电中的利用成为其一亮点。普通的沼气发电综合利用率比较低,只有30%～40%,而利用自动控制装置,能大幅提高综合热利用率,达到80%以上。自动控制沼气发电,通过自动化控制技术对沼气池内环境进行实时监测,并做出相应的自动操作改变内部环境,以最大程度利用沼气并转化为电能。为此,采用PLC自动化控制技术,提出了现代沼气发电中的新方法,希望对沼气发电自动化控制的发展能起到一定的积极作用。

摘  要：
In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,automation control technology is developing to all walks of life extension.Among them,the biogas utilization in be a bright spot.Ordinary biogas comprehensive utilization rate is relatively low,only 30%～40%,and the use of automatic control device,which can greatly improve the comprehensive heat utilization rate,reaching more than 80%.Automatic control of gas for power generation,through the automatic control technology in the methane pool environment real-time monitoring,and make the corresponding automatic operation changes in internal environment,in order to maximize the use of biogas and converted into electrical energy.This article will use the PLC automation control technology,put forward the new method in modern marsh gas power generation,we hope to biogas power generation automatic control development can play a positive role
