氢化物-原子荧光法测定富硒马铃薯中有机硒和无机硒

摘  要:
建立了富硒马铃薯中有机硒和无机硒的测定方法。通过用硝酸-高氯酸的混合酸进行湿法消解,再经Tris-HCl缓冲溶液提取、超声提取、离心进行有机硒和无机硒的分离,用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法进行分析测定。结果表明,富硒马铃薯样品中硒主要以有机硒的形态存在,占硒总量的60.74%,该方法线性范围2~40μg·L~(-1),无机硒检出限为0.008 mg·kg-1,相对标准偏差3.6%,回收率95.50%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、回收率好,适合富硒马铃薯有机硒和无机硒的测定。

摘  要:
The method for the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in selenium-enriched potatoes was established. The mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid were used for wet digestion,separation of organic selenium and inorganic selenium by Tris-HCl extraction,ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal separation. The analysis was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS). The results showed that selenium was found to exist mainly in the form of organic selenium compounds in selenium-enriched potatoes in the range of 60.74% relative to total selenium amount. The linear range was within 2~40 μg·L~(-1). The detection limit for inorganic selenium was 0.008 mk·kg-1. The relative standard derivation was less than 3.6%. The recovery was 95.50%. This method had the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and high recovery rate,and was suitable for the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in selenium-enriched potatoes.
