氢化物-原子荧光法测定枸杞中的铅

摘  要:
[目的]简便快速测定枸杞中痕量铅的含量。[方法]采用氢化物-原子荧光法测定枸杞中的铅含量。[结果]采用干法灰化样品,以HCl-KBH4-K3Fe(CN)6为反应测定体系,铅的质量浓度在0~25μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 3。检出限为0.12μg/L(n=8)。加标回收率为99.6%~103.0%。相对标准偏差小于2.6%(n=8)。[结论]该方法具有简便快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠等特点,可满足枸杞中痕量铅的检测要求。

摘  要:
[Objective ] The aim of this study was to determine the trace lead content on Barbarum rapidly and easily.[Method] A method for determination of trace lead in Barbarum samples by a hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed.[Result ] By dryashing digestion and using HCl-KBH4-K3Fe(CN)6 system,this study found out that the quality concentration demonstrates a linear correlation in the range of 0-25 μg/L and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 3,the detection limit is 0.12 μg/L(n=8).The recovery is in the range of 99.6 %-103.0 % and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.6 %(n=8).[Conclusion] This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,so it can be successfully used for the determination of trace lead in Barbarum.
