大麦杂交组合蛋白质及部分农艺性状的遗传分析

摘  要:
以4个大麦品种的正反交试验的亲本、杂种F1和6个组合的杂种F2为材料,研究了青藏高原一年生野生大麦子粒蛋白质含量及其与农艺性状的遗传规律。结果表明,部分杂交组合的杂种F1子粒蛋白质含量存在正反交差异,即这些杂交组合的子粒蛋白质含量可能存在细胞质效应,其中6个正反交组合中,有2个差异显著。各杂种F2群体的子粒蛋白质含量分布图表明大麦子粒蛋白质含量属数量性状,由主效基因和若干微效基因共同控制,同时还受到环境和细胞质效应的影响。

摘  要:
The inheritance of protein content and agronomic traits in annual wild barley from Qing-Tibetan Plateau were investigated by four parents,F1 and six combination of F2.The main results summarized as follows.The cytoplasmic effect of protein content can be examined by t-test in 2 pairs of combinations from 6 combinations'reciprocal cross.The distributions of protein content in F2 population indicated that protein content were controlled by major genes and polygenes.At the same time,It also were influenced by the environment and the cytoplasmic effect.
